1874 Public Bar

The public bar consists of a 360° bar, the area also provides our guests with a huge amount of seating space and a generous amount of lounge seating as well as tables and chairs.

There is a public bar menu, which allows customers to order and purchase food at the bar, which will then be brought to them.

An attraction to the public bar is the enormous bay windows which follow the front of the hotel, and can be opened on warmer days.

Garden Grill

The Oxford Hotel's garden grill is the only one like it in Bathurst. The beer garden can hold up to 500 people, and gives patrons access to a huge amount of space to eat, drink, relax and party. The garden grill features a 52 inch plasma television, and has become the place to be to watch sports with impeccable sound.

The garden grill features its own bar, which is opened on busy nights, such as Friday and Saturday, and for special events.

We offer guests the potential to eat downstairs, where they can simply order from the Public Bar and the food will be brought down to them
