Winner NSW Australian Hotel Association Awards for Excellence - Entertainment Venue of the Year 2007

Bathurst's only nightclub, ‘Club Medusa' was officially opened April 8, 2006.

‘Medusa' was designed by Ash (the hotel owner), who wanted a space that would remind him of nightclubs that he grew up in. A club full of fantasy, with the ‘it' factor, a one of a kind venue far beyond everyone's expectations.

The lighting within the club was created by DMC Lighting and Sound, who created a lighting system that allows the lightshow to go through the entire club, blending the dance space with the standing space.

Medusa is open Thursday to Saturday, opening at 10pm and continuing on until approximately 5am.

Medusa is also the space which is used as The Oxford's entertainment venue.
